Viewing PDFs

For best viewing results, try the "View Page as PDF" option available at the top of every page. If you encounter have problems viewing a file, see the PDF plugin instructions for your operating system below. You can also select the "View Page as Image" option by clicking on the “View Page as Image” option to the left of the help button.

I am having difficulty viewing or downloading a file. What do I do?

Be sure that cookies are enabled in your browser by checking its options or preferences. If you are having trouble viewing a downloaded file, be sure that you have already installed a current version of Adobe Reader. Click here to download Adobe Reader. Also check that the file has not opened in a different tab of your web browser or in a new browser window.

Windows:

A majority of Windows browsers can display PDFs using the plugin that comes with Adobe Reader. You can download Adobe Reader here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

If you encounter problems, try updating Adobe Reader to the latest version.

Mac:

Firefox: Download the Firefox PDF plugin for Mac here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7518

Safari: Current versions of Safari do not require a PDF plugin.

Linux:

How do I save a file?

Click on the Download PDF link for it to open. Then click the "save" icon that displays in your PDF viewing application (for example, Adobe Reader or OS X Preview).
